The last couple weeks were some of the most beautiful of my life…
The first day hiking: En route from Murren to Rotstockhutte.
The most beautiful hike!
My favorite trail companion.
Shadows of happy hikers.
The view approaching Rotstockhutte!
Sunshine on the hillside.
We descended from Rotstockhutte and passed through Murren before the steep ascent to Lobbornhutte.
Those sunshiney grassy mountains and a hundred hues of green.
The most inviting view from Lobbornhutte.
Prayer flags at Lobbornhutte.
Colors in the land at sunrise.
The rocky trek from Innsbruck to Pfeishutte.
Snack break at the saddle between peaks.
Our skinny trail cutting across the mountain side.
The fluffiest trail companion.
My favorite part of the hike was rounding the corner and seeing this shepherd round up his flock.
Views en route to Pfeishutte.
Pink sunrise on the patio.
We arrived in Cortina D’Ampezzo to spend a couple days in the Dolomites.
The base of Tre Cime.
Another *extra* cute cow friend.
This particular cluster of Dolomites reminded me of cathedral spires. Enchanting.
Just look at that little bambino!
Still my favorite trail companion.
Cow friends along the trail to Tre Cime.
All the colors in the land.
