State of the Studio: March Update

01.
CREATIVE SPARKS

- Tis the season when all I can think about is flowers and greenery and warmth on the horizon. This Moroccan hillside garden is good fodder for daydreams.

- A captivating memoir I read for (you guessed it) Cousin Book Club™.

- Approximately 15 years ago my dad introduced me to Ansel Adams when he bought me a giant book of his landscape photography. Come May 15, I will be purchasing these stamps.

- I simply cannot quit this granola (nor do I plan to).

- Currently listening and counting down til March 29th.

- Beautiful garage-to-cottage transformation in LA. I've always been a sucker for indoor brick pavers.

- What a FUN, unique colorful 1960s kitchen!

02.
HAPPENINGS

- The latest in my ongoing Everyday Magic series.

- I'm starting an exciting project this week I hope to share in the next couple months… stay tuned!

AND, AS ALWAYS…

- If you're looking for larger paintings, check out what's in stock at the wonderful galleries I work with: Anne Irwin Fine Art | Bee Street Gallery | The Willard Gallery

-Do you have a friend who likes art, design, books, podcasts, gardens, and colorful things? Invite them over! Forward them this email and share the love.

03.
SOMETHING GOOD

I've been having a great time rediscovering some of my old film cameras, including a Polaroid I got at Goodwill for $3 (it was worth it).
